Job Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary liaison for customers, the service department, and technicians
- Coordinate inspections, site surveys, and service requests
- Oversee the installation, configuration, modification, and repair of equipment and systems
- Identify processes, procedures and articulates productivity improvement opportunities that will deliver service profitability
- Implement strategies that enable the Service team to improve overall service efficiencies and productivity in response to changing business environments
Key Competencies:
- Experience in the HVAC industry or facilities management
- Project management experience with commercial awareness
- Proficient in coordinating multiple tasks and managing conflicting priorities
- Engineering degree or experience working in technical engineering role
- UK Driver's licence
