Are you a client accountant within at least 3 years experience and a background withinin commerical real estate?

We are working within a leading company within the commerical real esytate space who are looking for an expcetional client accountant to join their team in East London.

The successful candidate will oversee a diverse array of commercial properties, ensuring accurate financial management, reporting, and compliance for valued clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Issuing Monthly and Quarterly rent demand/invoices.
  • Setting up Clients, Properties, Unites, Leases and Tenants/Debtors on TRAMPS.
  • Managing a portfolio for multiple clients
  • Prepare Funding Requests.
  • Preparing & reconciliation of client statements.
  • Periodic Ad-hoc client reporting in Excel.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation in accordance with RICS and FSA.
  • Transfer of funds to clients within strict deadlines.
  • Carry out daily maintenance (rent increases, assignments and renewals).
  • Authorising creditor invoice batches.
  • Liaising and dealing with surveyors, client, supplier, tenant, auditors queries.
  • Prepare periodic VAT reports and VAT reconciliations.
  • Prepare service charge packs
  • Reconcile year end service charges
  • Liaise with external auditors regarding year end service charge reconciliations.
  • Prepare service charge cash rec

  • Methodical, accurate and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and committed

Knowledge:

Profiicency in TRAMPS property management systems (desireable)
