Description
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Minuting departmental meetings
- Provide support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
- Contribute to team meetings and assist with event planning.
- Maintain records and files securely and systematically.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports.
- Support other departments with admin tasks when necessary.
Profile
A successful 'Admin Officer' should have:
- A relevant educational background in Business Administration or a related field.
- A strong understanding of Evaluations and Research is desirable
- Proven administrative or assistant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate between £13 - £15
- 6 month temporary role
- ASAP start date
- Hybrid in Leeds City Centre ( 2 days in office )
- Weekly pay
