This role is for an Admin Officer, a pivotal position within our not-for-profit organisation's Secretarial & Business Support department. The successful applicant will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide critical support to the team.

Description

  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Minuting departmental meetings
  • Provide support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
  • Handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
  • Contribute to team meetings and assist with event planning.
  • Maintain records and files securely and systematically.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports.
  • Support other departments with admin tasks when necessary.

Profile

A successful 'Admin Officer' should have:

  • A relevant educational background in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of Evaluations and Research is desirable
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Job Offer

  • Hourly rate between £13 - £15
  • 6 month temporary role
  • ASAP start date
  • Hybrid in Leeds City Centre ( 2 days in office )
  • Weekly pay
  • Holiday pay
