Manage team of 2 across Group Reporting and FP&A and collaborate / mentor regional controllers who have a direct report line to the CFO

Responsible for financial reporting including

Management accounts and commentary

Statutory accounts production and filing

Bank covenant reports

Ad hoc/strategic analysis

5 year plan

Manage Group tax requirements and relationship / work required from BDO tax advisory

Manage Audit delivery and relationship with BDO audit partner and team

Support Company Secretarial management with support of outsource partners in UK, USA, Ireland and India

Oversee Governance implementation through control and oversight of Delegation Of Authority matrix

Performance regular reviews of local controller financial statements

Manage working capital balances for the Group and delivery of cash targets and debt servicing
Profile
- Chartered Accountant 5-10yr PQE
- Manufacturing background an advantage
- Strong technical skills including consolidation, purchase accounting, revenue accounting, FX
- Good project leadership skills
- Experience in running multi-site groups and matrix management structures
- Experience of M&A
- Good presentation skills
