Stock Coordinator

Job Title: Stock Coordinator

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Permanent - Full time hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties related to specific customers, including sales order creation, invoicing, and goods received.
  • Process and administer imports and exports.
  • Identify areas of improvement and adjust work procedures and practises.
  • Advise customers on stock availability and estimated time of arrival of goods.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
  • Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy.
  • Organise and maintain inventory and storage area.
  • Maintain Master Data on Sage (200).
  • Stock management including replenishment requests and device build.
  • Maintain records, document necessary information, and utilise reports to project warehouse status.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders and act as a liaison between manufacturers and colleagues.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages (Sage 200) and MS Office (Excel) proficiency.
  • Proven work experience as a Stock coordinator.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyse data.
