My client is a leading business within its marketplace and they are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join its team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for building both internal and external relationships to pro-actively manage outstanding debt within its customer accounts.
- Ensuring prompt payments from customers
- Allocating payments
- Preparing invoice summaries
- Manage Credit limits
- Resolving disputes
- Negotiating payment plans
- Build relationships
You have 2+ years Credit Control and Accounts Receivable experience, are a confident negotiator, have excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, but you must be able to travel to their offices in Hemel Hempstead
