Elevation Senior Finance are working with a successful & growing business based in Leeds, who are looking to bring in a Finance Manager into their team, on a full time, permanent basis.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing key financial processes, as well as acting as a business partner to various central functions, building strong relationships, and understanding how to support business decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include:
- Lead the month-end management accounts process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyse P&L variances to support commentary and recommendations
- Manage a team of 2 in the AP and AR functions, ensuring efficient processing and accurate record-keeping
- Act as the finance business partner to central functions
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Part qualified or finalist, ideally CIMA / ACCA
- Previous experience in a similar role with team management experience
- Experience with ERP systems beyond Sage 50 or Sage 200
