We are seeking a skilled Tile to start ASAP. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for 7 meters wall tilling for bathroom.
Duties:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit around obstacles and into corners using tools such as tile cutters and saws.
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout, adhesives, and leveling the surfaces.
- Install tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, floors, walls, patios, and other areas according to design plans.
- Apply mortar or adhesives to tiles for proper placement.
- Ensure tiles are properly aligned and leveled.
- Fill joints with grout and remove excess grout for a clean finish.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tile Setter or similar role.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in tile setting.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and ability to read schematics for tile layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with painting or finishing work is a plus.
