One of Exeter's modern and supportive law firms are looking for a Residential Property Lawyer to join their conveyancing department, working within a successful, reputable, busy and supportive team. They are keen to find someone at the 1-5 PQE level (with flexibility) who the Partners can develop further, but who can also act as a more senior member of the team to some of the more junior staff. This is a great opportunity for someone to take on that responsibility, while still having the support of some of the very top copnveyancers in the Southwest people. This team continues to expand and grow their reputation, but are already seen as one of the major players in the Southwest for residential property work, with an enviable reputation.
The role will involve:
- Acting for clients on a broad range of residential property matters
- Primarily freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including for investor clients)
- Transfers of equity and remortgages
- You will also be required to supervise junior members of the team and to assist in practice development.
Experience and skills sought:
- Previous Residential Property experience (ideally 1-5 years' PQE)
- Excellent communication skills
- An enthusiastic approach to client care
