My client are currently looking for a receptionist/ coordinator to work within their Cheltenham Office on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure front of house services run efficiently and smoothly
- Take responsibility for the visual standards of the site
- General administration and co ordination of meeting rooms
- Booking in visitors and updating visitor passes
- Updating rooms booked using excel
The ideal candidate with have strong customer service skills both face to face and over the phone.
You should have strong organisational and administration skills with an excellent ability to make things happen. As well as confident IT and reporting skills.
Working Hours- 9am-6pm
Pay Rate- £12-£14 per hour
