The ideal candidate for this role will have admin experience and some form of team leadership skills that is looking to manage a team of 5 admins.
In this role you will be trained on all aspects of the ECO schemes that are government approved, you will be supported by a manager to help take the step into a team lead position.
THE ROLE:
- Work with your team to deliver admin projects for government backed ECO schemes
- Learn from the trainers to become an expert in your field
- Help coach and mentor junior members of the team
THE PERSON:
- Adminastration experience
- Some form of Team Leadership experience
- Commutable distance to Houghton le Spring
