Experienced/Skills Required:
- Food & beverage sourcing experience
- Expereince within a Restuarant or Hospitality sector
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confident Negiotator
- Strong knowledge of Importing products
- Supplier Quality Assurance including food safety.
- Strong Supplier/Performance Management
- Degree Level or equivalent
