Head Resourcing are looking for a Business Solutions Specialist to join a legal firm in Glasgow. This is a fully hands-on role where you will be expected to quickly grasp an understanding of the underlying design and architecture of the CMS system along with the workflows built on it together with building and configuring document templates with automated tagging of data.

Key responsibilities include,
Configuration administration within our firm-wide integrated Case Management System
Maintaining documentation related to the CMS configuration
Document template creation and administration - creating automated tagging of data into Word documents which form part of the business processes
Liaising with stakeholders to fully understand and document requirements for amendments to legal workflows
Creating & updating of new and existing legal workflows within using a Visual Workflow Designer
Assisting in second-line support to end users
To be successful in the role, candidates need to have,
Experience with business process modelling, workflow design, and form automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good attention to detail
Experience in translating functional requirements into technical specifications & solutions
Experience in end-to-end change management, from understanding end-user needs through to testing, implementation, and communication
Strong communications skills and ability to produce high quality technical documentation
Understanding of IT activities including application development, configuration, IT infrastructure, databases, service management, and change management
Demonstrable experience in delivering results on both time and quality
Please note, this role will require you to be in the office 2 or 3 days a week in the Glasgow City Centre office. The role comes with an excellent benefits package including a bonus.
