Our client is looking for clinical negligence paralegal to join them at their award-winning law firm in West Yorkshire.
THE ROLE
Our clients are on the lookout for an experienced paralegal to join us in their Clinical Negligence department. The candidate would be required to travel to their York branch twice a week. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors, gaining invaluable knowledge and practical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on the progress of their case
- Handling administrative tasks such as file management, document organisation, and scheduling meetings.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous experience as a Paralegal in Clinical Negligence (essential)
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legal procedures and regulations
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
