Position: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Maidstone
Hours: Monday – Saturday (One day off in the week)
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Base £18,000 + Commission £5,000-£7,000 (OTE £25,000)

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our clients, both landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive letting experience.
- Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, showcasing our properties in the best light.
- Negotiations: Assist in negotiating terms between landlords and tenants.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks related to lettings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
