Location: Sandwich, Kent

Shift: Day Shift (7 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.)
Work Location: In-Person (Must be able to travel to Sandwich daily)
Are you an experienced Production Operative with a background in food manufacturing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leading food production company in Sandwich, is looking for dedicated operatives to join their team temporarily, with the potential to become a full-time or temporary-to-permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the management team with manual handling tasks.
- Organise the warehouse and ensure smooth workflow.
- Operate the tray wash system.
- Sort through seeds for quality control.
- Pack food items, such as baby lettuce, ready for distribution to external food businesses.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work with initiative.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and some weekends as required.
- Comfortable standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
