Your new role
- Manages overall office operations and reports to the management team.
- Schedules appointments and manages staff calendars.
- Handles filing systems and office supplies, including mobile phone contracts and statutory services, and oversees IT providers and infrastructure.
- Supervises staff interactions and addresses their office management queries.
- Monitor office management and create innovative work systems.
- Collaborates with Human Resources to update office policies and onboard new hires.
- Answers direct business phone calls.
- Organises all in-house or off-site activities.
- Arranges travel, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in an Office or Operations Management position.
- Background in a construction and property environment.
- High level organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Travel arrangement experience
