Are you a Teaching Assistant seeking a new, exciting opportunity? Empowering learning are working with a lovely Secondary school near Maypole in Birmingham, who are recruiting for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join them in September. Our client has a great local reputation and has a highly supportive staff team.

This Teaching Assistant role is full time and will include duties such as providing whole class support, small group and 1:1 support. The successful candidate will be confident building repour with students and must have worked in a UK School.

This role is starting in September and will be for the full academic year with the potential to go permanent.

To apply for this Teaching Assistant role, you will need:

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification
  • Experience working in schools in the UK is essential.
  • Experience supporting children in a school environment.
  • Strong behaviour management and ability to build repour with students.
  • Supporting with learning and development
  • Flexibility in the role
  • Experience working with SEN is desirable.
