Your new role
This role is to support and work with the Accounting Teams, to work in association with the existing team to meet all goals. Key responsibilities will be:
- Client reporting
- VAT reporting
- Charge raising & ad-hoc recharge
- Transfer of client rent monies
- Debtor Refunds
- Opening/Closing Bank Accounts
- Funding requests
- System maintenance, such as updating tenant, leases and head lease data.
- Liaising with tenants, surveyors and clients as and when required
- Adhering to Quality Assurance
- Ad hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
- Confident, enthusiastic and flexible.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and numeracy.
- A self-starter with the ability to work under their own initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications.
- Must be highly self-motivated, mature and proactive
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and drives positive change.
- Team players with experience of delivering deadlines.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
