The UK corporate office is in London and oversees business in the UK ,Ireland, South Africa and the Middle East.

Retail Sales Director

The Retail Sales Director will lead and manage the Sales, Logistics and training functions and will lead the strategic growth and development of the company in all areas of the retail sales growth and digital sales.

The Retail Sales Director will devise sales and training plans, develop, and implement sales strategies ensuring the company's sales grow year on year.

Devising and implementing sales strategy

Contributing to overarching brand strategy

Setting sales targets and setting KPIs

Meeting with sales managers om a monthly basis to assess company performance against KPIs

Hosting and presenting to retail partners at quarterly meetings

Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales

Working with the MD and his direct reports on budgeting and planning

Ensuring the CRM is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage in line with GDPR

Overall responsibility for the training team

Implementing best practice in sales techniques throughout the sales function

Retail Sales Director

Must have experience working as a Sales Director within the luxury beauty industry

Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development

This role is based in the UK. Some travel is anticipated

Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans

Excellent leadership skills

Strong understanding of digital sales

Strong understanding and experience of the retail environment, customer relationship and customer experience lifecycles and forging excellent relationships with retail partners
