Working Hours are - Full time, Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
Location - Northampton
Duration - Temp to perm
Role of a Customer Service Advisor
- Deal with customers, suppliers, and members of the public
- Booking deliveries
- Manage own generic email
- Process orders
- Support other departments eg: operations, sales etc.
- Deal with customer queries

Requirements for a Customer Service Advisor
