We are recruiting for an exceptional role for a full-time HR Administrator/Coordinator to join a progressive investment firm. This is a fantastic position for someone with experience working in an HR team who enjoys a fast-paced professional environment. You will be part of a dedicated and passionate team who take great pride in providing a high level service to all stakeholders within the business.
Hybrid set up available, usually two days from home.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As part of a supportive, high-achieving HR team, you will be responsible for a range of HR administrative tasks with opportunities to take on more complex duties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing onboarding process for starters to set them up for success
- Managing offboarding for all employees ensuring a smooth process
- Monitoring and responding to HR queries in the HR inbox
- Maintaining the HR database, ensuring employees data is accurate
- Assist in the administration of appraisals and performance management
- Tracking employees' right to work, visas requirements and updates
- Drafting internal communications such as monthly employee updates
- Support with the updating of HR policies and processes
WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking dynamic, professional, and polished candidates who possess the following:
- Min. 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A CIPD level 3 is ideal, or a relevant degree
- Experience within the financial or professional services sectors.
The role is five days per week, with a hybrid work set up usually two days from home. The salary is £45,000 - £50,000.
