Progressive law firm located in London are currently recruiting a full time Paralegal within their Private Family law team.
Paralegals with a minimum of 1 years experience within Private Family law is essential.
- *???????This is for a September 2024 start**
Experience to include:
- Assisting the Solicitor with their caseload to include HNW Divorce, financial matters, private children matters and separation matters
- Preparing bundles
- Drafting of correspondence and legal documents
- Liaising with clients, Court and other solicitors
- Drafting documents such as divorce applications, Form E's and C100's etc
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Undertaking some legal research
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 years Family law paralegal experience
- Good legal experience and qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential for the post
- LPC completed
- Law degree of 2:1 or above
Salary is dependent on experience and a flexible/hybrid working arrangement will happily be discussed.
