Are you an IFA Admin or similar looking to join a well-established IFA, which will offer you part time hours to fit around your personal life, Study Support to achieve your level 4, and a great working environment?
On offer is the opportunity to join a client focused financial advisers who pride themselves on their bespoke and holistic approach to financial advice. They are going through a period of organic growth and are looking for an administrator to bolster their team.
Your role will involve collating client information, processing investments, producing letters of authority and undertaking research. The company are happy top facilitate part-time hours which can be worked anytime 9-5 Monday to Friday. You can work shorter days or work less days a week.
This role would suit an IFA Admin looking for a tight knit firm who are focused on giving the best service possible to their clients and looking after their staff.
The Role
- Collating client information
- Processing Investment Platform administration tasks
- Producing client illustrations and letters
- Helping manage the advice process through to completion.
- Part time hours to suit you. You can work less days or shorter days
