A Supply Chain Analyst is required for a thriving FMCG company to analyse and improve the procurement and supply chain processes, and help achieve operational efficiency. The role is based in Leeds, and will involve collaborating with multiple internal teams.

Description

As a Supply Chain Analyst you will:

  • Analyse procurement and supply chain processes and identify areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective supply chain strategies
  • Use data analytics to optimise inventory management and reduce costs
  • Monitor supplier performance and develop strategies to improve supplier relationships
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align supply chain objectives with business goals
  • Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in FMCG supply chain management
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies

Profile

The successful Supply Chain Analyst will have:

  • Previously worked in a similar role manipulating large data sets in Excel
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in the use of supply chain management software

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate c£15 to £18 per hour
