Institutional Marketing Manager

**We are looking for an Institutional Marketing Manager on a12 month fixed term contract with a strong background in B2B, someone who has experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, running events and multi-channel marketing activities.

A fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced and growing area of the business. Supporting our 'InstitutionalFirst' strategy in a diverse role which incorporates all areas of marketing, including; OOH, display advertising, event management, content development, copywriting and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and manage the institutional marketing communications strategy to drive engagement and qualified leads, building and nurturing a healthy pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute regionally-specific campaigns to target key audiences with new or existing propositions
  • Develop a content marketing plan using consumer insights to position CMC Markets as a thought leader for the industry
  • Deliver the calendar of institutional event activities from booking through to implementation
  • Manage the B2B social media channels & build the online profiles of our institutional sales team
  • Drive awareness of CMC Connect offering through earned media exposure, working closely with our PR consultant
  • Ensure all activity is executed in line within brand guidelines
  • Manage the monthly institutional Marketing spend, ensuring alignment with the allocated budget
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing monthly reporting to the Head of Marketing & Head of Institutional Sales
  • Conduct regular analysis on competitor activity

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential criteria

  • 5+ years of experience directly managing B2B Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
  • Expert in creating successful B2B brand awareness, demand and lead generation campaigns across the marketing mix, including events, paid media channels, content and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
  • Work with marketing suppliers and agencies, ensuring the company is getting value from its investments.
  • Adept at setting up B2B CRM processes and using marketing engagement platforms, data visualisation and / or digital analytics tools to create, evaluate and analyse campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across time zones, geographies and with globally interspersed teams, collaborating on projects with great interpersonal communications skills.
