Our client is looking for a

HR Coordinator

to join their

fast-paced HR team

on a

12-month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a

HR related role

with

strong communication skills.

Salary dependent on experience

Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 17:00pm, with a 16:30 finish on a Friday

Job Description

  • Actioning the administration of all people processes including new starters, contractual changes and leavers.
  • Supporting with employee relations casework by arranging meetings and notetaking.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all employee records on the HR systems.
  • Day to day management of all employee benefits administration.
  • Management of the HR mailbox

  • Experience working within a HR-related position
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
