As a Mobile Phone Quality Tester who is passionate about all things Tech, you'll be diving into the world of smartphones and ensure every device meets their high standards. From screen clarity to performance speed, your keen eye will help to deliver top-notch phones to their customers.
Previous experience in mobile testing isn't required - you'll be provide you with all the training you need! - The Details: Location - Fully office based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Solent Hotel)
- Hours - Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays!)
- Salary - £22,500 - £23,500 per annum
Your role will involve (but is not limited to):
- Grading devices including cosmetic functionality and battery health
- Process testing devices using the information gathered from testing
- Identify mobile devices (phones, tablets, wearables)
- Troubleshoot issues
- Process trade-ins
- Run devices through our specialised diagnostics software to provide accurate results
