An exciting opportunity for an ambitious insurance broker / account executive to manage and grow a book of Home and Property Owners clients as well as develop the SME commercial business.
This is a stand-alone position within a small, established financial services company who are bringing their general insurance arm in-house.
Overview
The successful applicant will need broad experience across various UK insurance products, especially Home & Property Owners. You will manage the complete placement cycle from start to finish;
- ensuring the accuracy of risk information
- identifying appropriate products & insurers
- negotiate with markets for the best price and cover
You will also explore cross-selling opportunities from other areas of the business and seek out new business prospects and devise marketing strategies .
