HR Administrator

We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our People team, in this part-time 22h per week role on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Administrator, your responsibilities will include offering administrative assistance to the HR team, overseeing the HR inbox, assisting with reporting, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This role is part-time, with a schedule of 22 hours per week. You have the flexibility to choose the specific days you work and distribute your hours.

Please note that this role is currently offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a high possibility of extension.

Requirements

Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include...

  • Performing administrative duties such as answering calls, replying to emails, scheduling appointments, and managing HR inboxes. Also responsible for filing, data inputting, producing reports, and managing the People Team inbox. Keeping computerised People Team records updated and maintaining the People Teams folder on the shared drive.
  • Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes.
  • Supporting the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Assisting with the coordination of training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
  • Providing support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and inquiries.
  • Processing invoices and receipting goods received using Ebis and ensure company credit card payments are processed in-line with company policy and procedure.

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR or People function.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

_In return, we are offering the successful candidate in the HR Administrator role: _

  • Starting salary of £23,088 (Salary equivalent for full-time position)
