About Us: We are a well-established educational recruitment agency working closely with primary and secondary schools in Hyndburn and the surrounding areas. We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable supply teachers to join our pool of professionals, providing high-quality teaching and support to schools on a short-term or long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups, following the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and establish positive relationships with students and staff.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Mark and assess students' work, providing feedback in line with school policies.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and child protection.
- Provide continuity in teaching and learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
