**Your Role as Audit Senior**
As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in the Corporate and Commercial Division, leading audit teams and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Audit Management:** Planning audit engagements, leading onsite teams, and overseeing all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion. - **Client Interaction:** Liaising with clients to resolve queries, preparing or reviewing audit documentation, and ensuring a strong understanding of clients' businesses. - **Team Leadership:** Coaching juniors, providing feedback, and delegating work effectively within the audit team. - **Quality Control:** Ensuring that audit objectives are met, controlling assignment time in line with budgets, and addressing technical and audit issues as they arise. - **Professional Development:** Attending training courses, maintaining an understanding of audit methodology, and using appropriate software packages.
**What You'll Need to Succeed as Audit Senior** - ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent). - Experience in leading external audits and managing a portfolio. - Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to changing priorities. - Experience with audit software (such as Caseware) and Microsoft packages.
