HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator

40 Hours per week

Monday - Friday 0900 till 1700 (must be flexible)

May include requirements to travel to customer and supplier sites (Driving license preferred)

2 years min experience in HR role

Responsilities -

  • Maintaining internal records which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation
  • Communicating with recruiters and other external parties throughout the recruitment process
  • Uploading and maintaining job descriptions and job adverts onto applicable recruitment portals or job boards.
  • Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner
  • Completing contracts and contract variations in line with company policy and procedure
  • Leading the onboarding and induction process, including checking settled status and work visas.
  • Ownership of leavers and offboarding process, including exit interviews and escalating to HR Manager & HR Director when needed
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all people management queries
  • Coordinating HR monthly meetings with managers and team leaders
  • Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team building and colleague events.
  • Filing and administrative duties

Job Skills

Proven experience in a HR role (CIPD level 3 or willing to undertake)

Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication

Knowledge of UK employment laws and practices

Strong critical thinking skills

Team player

Must be flexible

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and prioritise

Organised and able to work under pressure

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Computer literate, MS office, emails and spread sheets
