Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering their London based insurance client to recruit an Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their team.
It is essential that you have insurance sector experience either gained in an audit or industry role.

This role will be split approximately 50% business partnering/ 50% reporting and analysis of the numbers
- This role will involve an extensive amount of business partnering with stakeholders and wider teams across the business.
- You will have responsibility for 1 direct report.
- You will own and co-ordinate financial reports to include commentary and in-depth analysis.
- Develop and lead automation projects
- Own all FP&A internal reporting responsibilities
The Person
- Qualified Accountant
- Insurance sector experience
- Business partnering skill set
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of Excel ability to include financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication verbal and written skills
- Project management experience would be advantageous
