Part time Finance Assistant
£30,000 pro rata (£20,000)
We are excited to be recruiting for a brilliant company based in the Watford area, they are looking forward to bringing on board a new Finance Assistant!
Do you have previous accounts payable or bookkeeping experience? Do you have strong organisational skills? Do you have good communication skills? Do you work well within a team environment?
Are you looking for a part time position to fit around you? Whether it be 5 shorter days or 3 longer days our client can accommodate to you as long as it is 25 hours a week!
Finance Assistant Duties:
- Processing invoices
- Raising payments to the suppliers
- Setting up and maintaining customer and suppliers' details
- Dealing with any queries
- Managing online banking
- Month end reconciliations for banks and credit cards
- Assisting with credit control
