Position: Part-Time Team Administrator
Location: Norwich
Transport Required: Yes

Berry Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and organised Part-Time Team Administrator to join a busy establishment based in Norwich for 15 hours a week.

This role involves travelling with the team, organising and conducting club meetings, booking members in, and managing paperwork. You will be working with young people aged 10-16 and supporting the team with administrative tasks required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Coordination: Accompany the team during events and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and support.
  • Meeting Organisation: Plan, organise, and conduct club meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared in advance.
  • Member Registration: Manage the booking process for members, maintaining accurate attendance records and ensuring all participants are informed.
  • Paperwork Management: Organise and maintain all necessary documentation, including consent forms, attendance sheets, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for members and their families, providing information and addressing any inquiries.
  • Support for Young People: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all members, supporting their engagement and participation in activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with organisational policies and procedures, including safeguarding measures.

Requirements:

  • Own transport, required for meetings and events.
  • Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in an administrative based role.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
  • A DBS check will be conducted prior to employment.

Salary: £11.44 an hour (fuel expenses will be covered)

Hours: 15 per week (60 per month)
