�? Job Summary:

As a Remedial & Minor Works Estimator, your primary objective will be to provide rapid follow-up to customer quotation requirements raised through engineer reports. With a strong attention to detail, you will identify errors swiftly and clarify service action requirements, ensuring a seamless process from quotation to completion.

�? Core Responsibilities �?

  • Provide accurate and timely quotations for remedial and minor works, including identifying all necessary associated works and materials.
  • Take prompt action on new and critical fail quotations.
  • Collaborate with field engineers to clarify service action requirements and improve overall engineering reporting.
  • Manage and minimise quotation backlog and age, ensuring effective prioritisation.
  • Monitor the R&MW inbox on a daily basis and proactively address any outstanding issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology in the industry to provide the best solutions to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to minimise customer attrition and maintain strong relationships.

?? Key Performance Indicators ??

  • Successfully control quotation backlog and conversion rates.
  • Monitor quotation margins and ensure profitability.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets consistently.
  • Take timely action on new and critical fail quotations.

?? Experience and Skills Required ??

  • Self-motivated with a strong commercial focus and the ability to work with operating platforms.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and challenge-driven.
  • Highly customer-centric with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of fire and security products.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven track record of organised working practises.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workloads, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in both independent work and collaboration within a team.
