Job Description
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring queries are handled promptly or transferred to the appropriate department.
- Raise and issue purchase orders and sales orders, maintaining accurate records and supporting procurement processes.
- Perform general office and facilities management tasks, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained work environment.
- Carry out a variety of administrative duties including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Provide ad hoc support to different departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
