Job Description

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring queries are handled promptly or transferred to the appropriate department.
  • Raise and issue purchase orders and sales orders, maintaining accurate records and supporting procurement processes.
  • Perform general office and facilities management tasks, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained work environment.
  • Carry out a variety of administrative duties including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Provide ad hoc support to different departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Good attitude and be willing to learn
  • Computer literate – well versed with computers and MS office
  • Strong communication skills
