Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Welder Fabricator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Wickford, Essex.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your responsibilities include:
The roles are factory and/or site based, installing and manufacturing a very wide range of structural and architectural metal works in a wide range of different situations.
You should have good welding MIG skills (you will be put through codings), (MMA welding experience would be a bonus), be able to use presses, guillotines and other heavy metal fabrication workshop machinery, all skill and experience levels are considered and we also have the potential for a charge-hand type opportunity as the company grows.
You will need:
- Confident and outgoing individual.
- Have relevant knowledge, training and experience in general welding and fabrication in a workshop environment.
- To be time served and indentured to ONC, HNC, NVQ and equivalent qualifications.
- Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written.
- Must be able to read & understand engineering drawings.
- A good level of fitness due to the physical demands of the job.
- Be able to organise and multitask.
- Previous structural metal work or architectural experience required.
- Good time management skills.
- Driver with own transport is desirable.
- UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
