This office based Reception role is to work alongside a Senior FOH manager in a busy office in Chiswick.

Client Details

The client is a huge, multi national consumer goods business with its UK HQ based in Chiswick, West London.

Description

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-

  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Issuing building and security passes
  • Answering the phone and directing any calls
  • Ensuring the meeting rooms and tidy and fully stocked
  • Dealing with any deliveries
  • Dealing with post- in and out

The successful candidate must-

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be polite and welcoming at all times
  • Be organised
  • Have good prioritisation skills
  • Be able to multi-task
