Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Issuing building and security passes
- Answering the phone and directing any calls
- Ensuring the meeting rooms and tidy and fully stocked
- Dealing with any deliveries
- Dealing with post- in and out
