A large legal firm in Liverpool City Centre on the lookout for multiple candidates to join a large, well-known organisation as Claims Handlers. This is an ideal role for anybody with at least 6 months sales experience, whether that be office based, field based or within a retail environment, who wants to develop their career at a reputable, rapidly growing company.
? Monday 17th June Start Date
? 23.5-25k starting salary plus bonus

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- To review liability to ensure correct decision made.
- To ensure reserves are accurate based on most current information
- To appoint appropriate partner companies to control claims costs.
- To provide proactive solutions to third parties and reduce claims cost
- To provide clear communication with third parties and/or their representatives
- To deal with telephone calls including completing any actions necessary as a result
- To manage own caseload of files within SLAs
- To contribute to team/department performance by assisting colleagues to ensure team targets are met
- To build great relationships with cross functional teams to ensure overall success
- To drive your own development by actively seeking development opportunities
- To ensure Third Parties and the business are kept safe through compliance to all procedural and regulatory legislation as required by FCA
- Handle third party proactive claims by directly communicating with third parties.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience selling over the phone
- Previous Customer Service skills/experience
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work using own initiative within boundaries
- An ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities
- Good IT/Keyboard skills
- Good numeric skills
