This role is based in Wiltshire and offers you hybrid working in food manufacturing. But what is great about this job is because it is brand new to this site, you will work as part of a small team and shape for the future of the UK Sustainability and Supplier Assurance Team. You will drive & shape change around social, ethical and environmental standards by really getting into the detail, the data and the analysis in a business that also has a global presence so you can share best practices as well.
The real technical stuff is monitoring compliance, data analysis, building and developing key relationships internally & externally, build & manage the sustainable sourcing compliance map in order of priority, all working within time scales and budget.

So, are you the ideal Candidate for the Sustainability Project Manager? In addition to what we have already mentioned, you will also have strong commercial awareness, a great ability to analyse and investigate large amounts of data, as well as be able to conduct research projects in great depth. You will love the detail as well as have exceptional IT skills. The ability to manage many projects concurrently, a great communicator and be able to work under your own initiative.
