My client is a true market leader in its field, now established for 100 years and operating with global presence. They provide a niche, yet business critical, insurance product to both direct and broker channel customers, and boast retention rates above 90%.
An opportunity has arisen within their Manchester team for an additional Account Manager, who will assume responsibility for supporting existing clients in the corporate arena. Working alongside the dedicated broker, you will manage your portfolio via both telephone and face to face (currently virtual) communication, ensuring you meet their servicing requirements and encouraging account retention and growth.
Previous exposure to credit insurance would be advantageous although this is not essential. You should have a background in account management, ideally having worked with mid corporate or larger customers and the ability to communicate with FDs and other senior stakeholders at board level. To perform successfully within this role, you must be organised, self-motivated and results focused, delivering on what has been promised to meet customer expectations.
