Crimson Tide mpro Limited has an exciting opportunity available for a Data & BI Analyst to join our team based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role is hybrid, with three days based in the office a week.

About the Data & BI Analyst role:

Crimson Tide plc is an AIM listed company that provides mpro5, the process management app, for businesses such as Tesco, Morrisons, the NHS, and Chartwells. Sold on a subscription basis, mpro5 enables substantial productivity gains and cost savings for clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Data & BI Analyst to join our dynamic Data team. As a Data & BI analyst, you will be responsible for scoping, creating and supporting customer-facing Power BI dashboards that provide management insights and performance data to customers.

The dashboards being produced will use a variety of data sources but primarily within Microsoft Azure.

The successful candidate will participate in calls with BAs to understand customer KPIs and will need to be able to translate source data into a dashboard-compatible format in a performant and sustainable manner.

They will also be responsible for supporting, upgrading and documenting existing and new dashboards.

Responsibilities as our Data & BI Analyst include:

This is a varied role that will depend on the requirements and activities of the team but will broadly encompass the below responsibilities.

  • Gathering dashboard requirements from BA's on calls and guiding them through the scoping process
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing Power BI dashboards
  • Document and maintain dashboard specifications
  • Resolve tier 3 support tickets relating to above dashboards
  • Exploring new analytical techniques to extract new insights from existing data
  • Ensure data models and measures are accurate, efficient and sustainable
