Role:

The successful Logistics & Warehouse manager will manage Logistics & Warehouse and the employees of this department overseeing inventory & logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, executing process in the company system, facility management & maintenance, negotiating and handling the couriers and freight vendors, maintaining a strong relationship with customs authorities, oversea process of QA & regulation in the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform & Oversees the inventory, purchase orders & logistics shipments to and from UK
  • Perform & Oversee the fulfilment of the E-store, consumables & marketing items.
  • Perform & Oversee the office & facility maintenance as well as the Warehouse organisation.
  • Responsible & monitor service inventory, service inbound , outbound shipments
  • Monitor Try & Buy, Demo and luminaries items which are under UK inventory
  • Support all Sales & Marketing logistics needs
  • Forecasting, purchases, order management of inventory
  • Responsible for improving and executing all inventory & logistics transactions in the company system,
  • Lead and coach any warehouse and logistics admin team
  • Operate and negotiate with rates and service of couriers and freight companies; review and approve rates and invoices.
  • Oversee the UK Quality Assurance and meet local requirements and records for medical device.
  • Responsible for maintaining working relationship with customs authorities, representing the interests and needs of the company.
  • Other task as required

Qualifications:

  • Good communications (Written & Spoken)
  • Associates degree in engineering/logistics/inventory management
  • Experience of team leadership
  • Experience in Logistic and supply chain, preferably with experience in medical devices and service shipment
  • ERP experience-must, MFG/QAD preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • MS office experience, advanced
  • Detail orientated, organized and cleanly
  • Good commercial sense
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer service orientated
