£33K pa with exceptional benefits Maintenance Operative - hotel or campus accommodation
Our client is one of London's leading providers of residential accommodation. They provide high end; integrated campus living solutions and have ambitious growth plans for the next 3 year period. They are looking for a practical and hands on Maintenance Operative.
The role will involve day to day management of reactive and preventative maintenance, identifying and rectifying 'oddjobs' e.g. unblocking sinks, showers, 'makinggood' damaged paintwork whilst ensuring a secure, comfortable, and safe environment.
You'll be carrying out checks and building walks and logging all your observations on an iPad. Plus inspecting communal areas; the power house, the plant room, the lifts, the corridors, and the residents' rooms.
A solid track record and a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar post is essential.
This single property post is based at a brand new site in South West London.
Working 37.5 hour week, normally Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with the very occasional Saturday or Sunday.
