Role: Administrator - Legal project based
Location: Outskirts of Brighton
Hourly Rate: £12 - £13
Duration: 1 week initially, potential for extension
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 4pm
Contract Details: Temporary position, starting on Tuesday 23rd July, with a duration of 1 week.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all information is inputted correctly and in a timely manner.
- Utilise your legal experience to review and verify legal documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
- Assist in draft preparation, proofreading documents, and making necessary revisions.
- Collaborate with the legal team to assist in organising and maintaining legal files and databases.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry, preferably within a legal, paralegal or compliance environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and processes, with experience handling legal documents.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and database management.
