- Position: Recruitment Manager

- Location: Oxford - Botley OX2 0JJ (blended home and office working)
- Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum with car allowance PLUS uncapped commission

What You'll Do:
- Lead by Example: Manage three Recruitment Consultants while running your own successful recruitment desk. ??
- Drive Profitability: Ensure targets are met and performance remains high. ??
