  • Location: Oxford - Botley OX2 0JJ (blended home and office working)
  • Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum with car allowance PLUS uncapped commission

What You'll Do:

  • Lead by Example: Manage three Recruitment Consultants while running your own successful recruitment desk. ??
  • Drive Profitability: Ensure targets are met and performance remains high. ??

  • Set Standards: Demonstrate expertise in recruitment and set an example in candidate and client-facing activities. �?
