Operations Administrator

Our client is a building services company and they are looking for someone to join their team on an initial 6-12 months contract with a view of going permanent. This is an immediate start position based in the office. The hours are Monday to Friday from 08.30am - 5.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales process and generate quotations
  • Answering incoming calls and supporting customer enquiries
  • Managing and maintaining office supplies
  • Scheduling and maintaining engineer workloads
  • Processing of purchase orders
  • Processing of data and reports (daily)
  • Ordering & booking in parts

Key Skills:

  • Solid experience as an administrator in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - able to build relationships
  • Excellent MS Office skills and experience with a CRM system
  • Knowledge of order processing, producing quotes and organising diaries / schedules
  • Available immediately or with a week's notice
