About the business?

With over 20 years establishing themselves in the Southwest, this independently owned, and highly successful Building Services Design specific consultancy are now looking to expand their operations with bringing in a BIM Technician. They are looking for individuals to join them on their journey, to help develop their new presence and office.

Ideally this individual will come with proven Building Services, MEP Bim specific experience and will want to progress their career. You will be able to use Revit and AutoCAD, while experience using Navisworks and MagiCAD would also be very advantageous. All of their modelling and BIM work is done in house, giving them the benefit of being able to control the quality of their work.

Setting up and pushing forward this consultancies BIM Operations, you will be passionate about the IT side of BIM as well as modelling, providing plenty of opportunity and growth.

They are twice winners of the CIBSE Performance Awards for their work on low energy Passivhaus buildings and they work with nationally recognised architectural practices throughout the country. Some of their recent projects include low and zero-carbon buildings, residential schemes, repurposing and refurbishment of heritage buildings, and a new zoo.

You could be working on local projects in a variety of sectors, working alongside a dynamic workforce of both maturing and experienced engineers. You will be a key part of the team, delivering engineering designs for buildings from concept level to completion and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
